About Us
Tenia Business Services was founded in 2003 to provide accounting, general administration, HR, IT, payroll, product management, business development, sales and marketing services to small and medium-sized businesses. We aim to take away many of the headaches associated with running a small or medium-sized business.
Sonia Lawlor
With over 30 years experience gained across varied market sectors (both private and public) including banking, insurance, IT, event management, retail sales and marketing consultancy, HR and accountancy, Sonia brings wide ranging skills to Tenia. She set up the company in 2003 having spotted a gap in the market for a ‘one stop shop’ for anyone wanting to set up a business and get it off the ground. Sonia can set up your business, get your product or service out to the most appropriate market place and keep you legally and financially compliant. She will also help you with sales and marketing strategy along the way to ensure successful growth and development for your business, whatever the size and in whatever market sector. Even if you are already trading, Tenia can guide you through the regulation and legislation that comes with any business and will keep you focused on what you want to be doing without worrying about all those back office functions and HR issues.
